Eliminate Mental Blocks

Your mental blocks can be tricky to identify sometimes, but if you complete the exercise in  Identifying my Mental Blocks. You will quickly  realize what your mental blocks are and what areas of your life they are affecting most significantly. However as a side note as you eliminate these blocks you will most definitely see improvements in all areas of your life. Once you begin to work on them you will find that they can be like a weed with very long roots but with patience and persistence you will eradicate them. The following is a technique I use with clients to help them begin to break up their mental blocks.

This technique is called “releasing” based on The Abundance Course which is a result of the life long work of physicist Lester Levinson. In order to be in release one needs to simply find a quiet place to sit where you won’t be disturbed.

Now focus on a subject which is bothering you and ask yourself the following question.

“How do I feel about…..?”

Now notice how you feel and where that feeling is located in your body, usually it is either in the stomach or chest. Once you have located where the feeling is imagine opening a window directly in front of it. Then ask yourself the following questions.

“Could I let this feeling go?”

“Would I let it go?”

and

“When”

If you do this exercise at least 5 times while focusing on the same subject you will begin to feel lighter in relation to the subject. When we become lighter and more at ease with the subject options and solutions begin to appear. With repeated use you will find the mental blocks you used to believe were holding you back have dissolved and your abundance begins to increase. When using this technique you will be amazed at the improvements in all areas of your life. You may find that some of these beliefs have been held for so long that the ego is reluctant to let them go, so remember to be vigilant and use the release technique all the time.  Once you learn it, you will definitely notice when you are releasing and when you shut it off.
